  • Pegasus Airlines — we can try requesting a refund from the airline before your flight departs. 

  • Turkish Airlines — we can try requesting a refund from the airline before your flight departs. 

  • China Eastern Airlines — refund requests must be made directly to the airline.

  • FlyOne — extra baggage is non-refundable. 

If your airline isn't listed above, contact us and we'll check whether a refund is available. 

How do I cancel extra baggage?

When will I get my refund? 

If a refund is available, we'll send the money back to the same card you used to pay for your order. 

Money will be refunded to your card within 1-5 days, maximum 30 days. The processing time depends on your bank.
