The main thing here is if you’re going to queue, see it through and don’t buy entrance tickets from resellers. They have a crazy markup, and the validity of such a ticket is questionable — there’s a 50% chance it’s fake. And there will be no one to complain to.
If an attraction isn’t that grand, but the queue is huge, that’s strange. The same goes for cafes. Almost all establishments have a menu outside, and you can check prices immediately. But if there’s a queue, it means you’ll pay a lot and wait a long time for your order. It’s better to look for restaurants in the vicinity. Even on the next street, you can eat cheaper and without queues.
