Palma de Mallorca Airport - Palma It's rare to find good prices for these destinations. But all is not lost; today we will look at how to get to your destination without harming your family budget. First of all, you need to find out if there are any other airports in the city. If so, go to their website and look for information about the airlines that fly there, then simply compare prices. As a rule, low-cost airlines are based in smaller airports. If the prices don't suit us, or if planes don't fly there from your city, then look for airports in neighboring cities, and in some cases even countries. Almost all major European cities have several airports. Let's take London from our list; it has two large airports - Heathrow and Gatwick. But London also has Luton, Stansted, City Airport, and Southend Airport. These are smaller airports where mainly low-cost carriers are based. The situation is the same with Paris; two airports from the list are in this city - Charles De Gaulle Airport and Orly Field. But many forget that this glorious city also has Beauvais-Tille Airport, where not only low-cost airlines but also Air Moldova fly, as well as Paris-Vatry Airport, which is located near Disneyland. Germany is next on the list. Airports in Frankfurt and Munich made it onto the list. There's plenty of room to maneuver here. Let's start with Frankfurt; besides Frankfurt International Airport, Hahn Airport is located near the city. And if we look at the map, we'll see that Cologne and Bonn, which have a fairly large Cologne/Bonn Airport, are not far from Frankfurt, as well as Baden-Baden with Baden Airpark. The most convenient way to get to Frankfurt from these cities is by train; tickets can be booked on www.bahn.com. In the immediate vicinity of Munich, there are no airports other than Munich International. But we can fly to Memmingen (Allgaeu Airport), which is 115 km from Munich. Relatively close by are also the airports of Innsbruck (Innsbruck Airport) or Salzburg (W. A. Mozart Airport) in Austria, approximately 140-150 km away. How to find the nearest airports?
