Visa-free regime between Russia and Jordan
Hooray: starting December 13, 2025, Russian tourists no longer need a visa to travel to Jordan! Another destination for a beach holiday, in addition to which you won't need to process a mountain of documents. The countries have officially launched a mutual visa-free travel regime. The document was signed by the foreign ministers of the two countries in Moscow back in August.

According to the new rules, Russians can stay in the kingdom for up to 30 days per visit. In total, no more than 90 days are allowed in the country per calendar year. An important condition: visa-free entry is permitted only for holidays or private visits. If the purpose of the trip is work, study, or permanent residence, a visa will still be required. The same rules apply to citizens of Jordan wishing to visit Russia.
Now we await the opening of direct flights from Moscow to Aqaba – a seaside resort on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea.
