The history of Talatona is not a tale of ancient settlements, but a striking example of modern urban development. This city appeared on the map of Angola quite recently, yet it has already managed to become an important economic and social center, symbolizing a new era in the country's growth.

Unlike many historic cities, Talatona does not have a centuries-old history. Its development began in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, gaining significant momentum as the country entered a period of stability and reconstruction. Originally, this area was a suburb of Luanda, but thanks to a large-scale government plan to develop the capital region, active construction began here.
