Thanks to this, you can plan a trip for almost any month, expecting the warm and mild weather typical of the southern Philippines.

However, tourists should consider the high probability of precipitation, as rain is a frequent occurrence here. Pagadian does not have a pronounced dry season, but the period from February to April is considered the most favourable, as the amount of rainfall decreases during this time. In other months, especially from June to October, rainfall occurs very regularly, so an umbrella or raincoat will become important companions on your journey.

The climate in Pagadian is distinguished by enviable stability, typical of the tropical latitudes of the Philippines. Eternal summer reigns here, and sharp seasonal temperature changes are practically unobserved. When heading to Pagadian, prepare for the warm tropical climate that prevails here year-round. Since the average air temperature steadily stays around +26...+27°C, the basis of your wardrobe should consist of light items made from natural breathable fabrics, such as cotton or linen. T-shirts, shorts, loose trousers, and summer dresses will be the ideal choice for comfortable walks. Do not forget about sun protection: even in cloudy weather, ultraviolet radiation in the Philippines is very active. Sunscreen with a high SPF factor, quality sunglasses, and a head covering (cap or sun hat) are mandatory accessories for any tourist. Additionally, insects can be active in the humid climate, so it is recommended to bring repellents. In the evenings, the temperature rarely drops below +23°C, so you are unlikely to need warm clothes, except perhaps a light jacket for trips in air-conditioned transport.
