Can I cancel extra baggage?
If you mistakenly purchased baggage, it can be canceled for the following airlines:
Aeroflot โ on the day of purchase, by agreement with the airline;
Nordwind โ no later than 4 hours before departure;
Ural โ no later than 24 hours before departure;
Smartavia and Red Wings โ at any time, if baggage was purchased more than 3 hours before departure.
If you purchased extra baggage in the app after booking your ticket on the 'All done! Your ticket is paid' page, you can cancel it on the day of purchase.
Pobeda airline baggage cannot be refunded, except in cases of involuntary flight cancellation โ flight cancellation, change, and medical reasons. Baggage refund in these cases is possible along with the ticket refund.

The money for the baggage will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order.
