Key fare parameters to pay attention to:

— allowed carry-on baggage weight;

— ticket with/without checked baggage;

— exchangeable/non-exchangeable ticket;

— refundable/non-refundable ticket.

Fare selection takes place at the “Booking” step.

Please note: when purchasing tickets for smart routes the fare is selected separately for each segment.

If necessary, you can purchase additional baggage. To do this, you need to contact our Customer Care Service by sending a request on the order page in your Personal Account and selecting “Baggage” as the reason for your inquiry.
