Features of Charter Flights
You can buy tickets for charter flights on Kupibilet β it's even cheaper!
A charter is an irregular flight organized not by airlines, but by tour operators. Tickets for such flights are usually cheaper but have their own peculiarities.
If you see such a warning, your flight will be a charter:
In the flight list, when choosing how you will fly:

On the passenger data entry page, after you have selected a flight:

After payment for the ticket, we will first send a certificate β this is proof of purchase. 24-6 hours before departure, the carrier will issue the ticket itself, and you will receive an itinerary receipt β a file with a printable version of the ticket.
Important: a certificate is not a ticket; you cannot board the plane with it. After receiving the ticket, you must register for the flight and obtain a boarding pass. If you have not received your ticket, register at the airport using the documents specified during its purchase.
What else to pay attention to:
Be sure to check the entry rules for the country you are traveling to: rules for charter flight passengers may differ.
As a rule, tickets for a charter flight cannot be refunded or exchanged β but sometimes they can be reissued to another passenger.
The tour operator may change the flight, airport, or departure time. The final flight information will be in the itinerary receipt. Whether a ticket can be refunded or exchanged due to these changes must be clarified on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if your charter flight has been changed β write to us in the chat on the website or in the app.
You can add baggage or choose a seat in the cabin only through the airline: online on their website or, if unavailable for a specific airline, at the airport before departure.
If you need other additional services β please contact us, and we will check with the provider if they can be added.
