How to buy a ticket?
1. Enter the desired route in the search on the main page of the Kupibilet service, select the departure and return dates. If you are booking a one-way trip, click No return ticket needed.
2. Before starting the search, specify the number of passengers by category: adult (12+), child (2-12 years), infant (0-2 years).
3. Click Search and wait while Kupibilet finds all possible options for this route.
All flights will be sorted by price, starting from the lowest. Use other sorting methods (by transport type, by carrier name, by departure or arrival time, by layover duration, etc.) or filters on the right side of the page if you have specific preferences.
When you select a ticket option and click Buy, the order creation process will begin.
4. On the "Ticket Booking" page, double-check all trip parameters and then enter your contact information (email and phone) and passenger details: citizenship, document type, number and series, expiration date (if requested), full name, date of birth, and gender. The mileage card number (if available) is also entered here.
Below, select the desired fares for each segment of the route and click Continue. If the order includes a train ticket, select seats for each passenger.
5. On the "Order Payment" page, select the necessary additional services and insurance.
You need to proceed with order payment immediately: Kupibilet does not offer a preliminary ticket booking service without payment. If you change your mind about buying a ticket, simply close the page at this stage, before entering bank card details, โ and the order will be canceled automatically.
6. Enter your bank card details or use saved data if you previously added them to your Personal Account.
If three payment methods are available for the selected flights, choose the appropriate one: what are the differences between the two payment methods.
7. Click Pay for ticket and select additional services.
8. After the payment is processed, the "All done! Your ticket has been paid" page will open, and an email with your itinerary receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. The subject will be "Your flight ticket" and the order number.
Please make sure you receive this email! If it's not in your Inbox or Spam folders, please contact us as soon as possible to clarify the status of your order and receive your ticket.
