I already bought an adult ticket, but later needed a child's ticket, what should I do?
If you already have an existing order for an adult passenger, issued on Kupibilet, and later decided to book a ticket for a child under 12 years old for the same flight, you need to:
Send a request on the order page to our Customer Care Service, selecting "Other actions" as the reason for your request.
Provide the child's details: their last name/first name, date of birth, birth certificate number or international passport number, and validity period for the international passport.
Attach a scanned copy of the child's identity document (birth certificate or international passport) to the request.
A link for payment of such an order will be sent to you in a reply email. Payment is possible only by bank card.
For issuing a child's ticket, in addition to its cost, a service fee of 500 rubles and a commission of 2% of the ticket price are charged.
For issuing an infant ticket (under 2 years old, not inclusive) without a separate seat, no fee is charged. The exception is Pobeda airline flights: for issuing an infant ticket, the fee is 90 rubles for each flight segment.
It is also possible to book a ticket for a child for part of the route (for example, the parent flies alone there, and back with the child). However, a child cannot fly alone. If it is still necessary to send a child without adult accompaniment, parents need to contact the airline to purchase such a ticket and arrange the necessary documents.

If the adult passenger's ticket was not purchased on our website, you need to contact either the place of purchase or the ticket offices of the airline operating the flight.
We cannot issue separate tickets for children under two years old on Aeroflot flights. Please contact the airline, as such tickets are issued only by Aeroflot.
