No, such an exchange is not possible; you can only choose from flights with the same airline. This is due to a number of technical and legal reasons and, unfortunately, does not depend on Kupibilet's capabilities. 

If you need to exchange your ticket and none of the flights with the same airline suit you, you can send a refund request on the order page to then independently book a ticket with another carrier.
