An airline ticket exchange is a change to the departure and/or arrival date, and in some cases, a change to the route is also permitted. Changing the airline, passenger's first name, and/or last name is done by refunding the ticket and purchasing a new one.

Please note that the possibility of exchanging an airline ticket depends on the fare rules under which the ticket was purchased. If several fares with different rules are combined in one ticket, the most stringent rules apply.

1. If you need to change departure dates or get a preliminary calculation of the surcharge for a ticket exchange, you need to send an exchange request on the order page

Be sure to fill in the fields with the original departure dates on the ticket for the "there" and "back" directions. If you have a one-way ticket, fill in only the "original departure date for the "there" ticket" field.

Also, indicate the desired flight dates to which you want to change the ticket.

If the ticket has two flight segments (there and back) and you are only changing one of the dates, for the second segment that remains unchanged, enter the original departure date in the "desired date" field.

2. In response to the request, you will receive an automatic message confirming its receipt. A specialist's response with the exchange cost calculation will be sent to your email before the departure date.

All emails are processed in the order they are received. Priority is given to requests with the closest dates and earliest departure times.

3. In the email from the specialist, you will see the surcharge calculation for the ticket exchange and a link, by clicking on which you can pay for the exchange. The payment deadline for the exchange will also be indicated there.

4. The exchange is considered complete after the client receives the itinerary receipt to the email address specified in the request.

Seat availability is guaranteed only at the time of ticket reissuance.

Please note: if there are less than 3 hours until departure, you can also contact the airline's ticket offices, as we cannot guarantee that the exchange will be processed within such a short timeframe.
