Such requests are usually considered only in serious cases, for example, if the passenger is in intensive care. For common illnesses, such as a cold, it is unlikely that an involuntary refund will be granted. In such a situation, the ticket can only be refunded according to the fare rules.

Bring original medical documents with you. It is currently not possible to send certificates via the website or email.

If you miss your flight

It is best to contact the airline as early as possible.

Even if the flight has already been missed, in some cases the airline may consider the request. Such situations are handled individually, so it is impossible to say in advance whether a refund will be approved or not.
