Single tickets must be used in route order
What is special about a single ticket?
Airlines impose restrictions on single tickets, namely: such tickets can only be used sequentially, starting from the first departure airport, without skipping any stage of the route.
If the sequence is violated, for example, by skipping the first flight, the airline has the right to cancel all subsequent flights within the single ticket.
Single tickets are refunded in full.
How to tell if a ticket is a single ticket?
If your Itinerary Receipt shows one ticket number for all flights, then your ticket is considered a single ticket.
How to refund part of a single ticket?
If the fare rules and airline allow refunds, you can refund a subsequent flight after the previous one has been flown. That is, only after you have flown a certain segment of the journey can you refund the entire remainder of the route.
If you need to refund a part of the route that starts the trip, but want to keep the subsequent route, please contact our Care Service, we will check what can be done and get back to you.
