If, after submitting a forced refund request, you saw the "Flight changes not found" page, it means that for some reason, the airline did not send us information about the cancellation or rescheduling of your flight in your booking. In this case, the forced refund attempt is processed manually by our specialists, and for this, they will need proof that the schedule changes actually occurred.

What can be used for confirmation?

Ideally, you should have a printed itinerary receipt or boarding pass, specifically with a mark indicating the flight change/cancellation and the airline's stamp. Such a document is issued by airline representatives at the airport if the rescheduling/cancellation occurred upon your arrival at the airport.
Attaching a scan/photo of such a document to your request significantly increases the chance of a quick refund without additional contact with the airline.

If you do not have a document with the airline's stamp, the following can serve as proof:

  • a screenshot or photo of an email or SMS from the airline with information about the schedule change;

  • a screenshot of correspondence with the airline's chatbot, which includes a response about the changes;

  • a screenshot from your personal account on the airline's website, where information about the changes is available;

  • a screenshot of the online departure/arrival board on the airline's website or a photo of the board at the airport, showing your flight status;

  • a screenshot from the Flightradar24 portal;

  • a screenshot or link to a post from the airline's verified social media, stating the schedule changes that have occurred.

You can use any of the above options as confirmation of flight changes. However, a forced refund cannot be processed immediately, as in the case of an official airline stamp: our Customer Care specialists need time to re-verify the information you provided. Once your request is accepted and processed, we will contact you via the email specified in your Personal Account and inform you of the results.
