What is 'Same-Day Ticket Refund'?
You can cancel a purchase made on the same day, meaning you can return the ticket without paying the airline's refund penalty.
Reasons for same-day refund:
— data correction in the order (incorrect passport number, full name, date of birth);
— ticket exchange (incorrect dates, destination, or changed your mind about flying).
To return a ticket, go to your Personal Account and on the order page send a refund request, selecting the refund type «Voluntary».
A refund is only possible on the day the ticket was issued, the date is indicated on the itinerary receipt. The refund request must be sent before 22:00 Moscow time. Please be sure to take this into account, as the date may differ due to a large time zone difference (your local time and Moscow time).
In response to your request, we will send you an email with the refund amount calculation and conditions.
The refund procedure is carried out only after your written consent to the conditions in the reply email and within the specified timeframe. Confirmation of the refund is a reply email from our manager containing the phrase: «Your order/tickets have been cancelled.».
Please note: if you canceled seat reservations in the order when submitting a refund request, the refund may be processed without a preliminary calculation.
For some tickets, a refund is available in the Personal Account (on the website and in the application on devices running Android and Huawei operating systems).
Important: some airlines do not allow ticket refunds due to technical reasons, or limit the refund time, for example, only within 30 minutes after booking. Also in cases when:
— you have already checked in for the flight;
— less than 48 hours remain until departure;
— check-in for the flight is closed.
In this case, a ticket refund according to the described algorithm is not possible, and the refund conditions according to the ticket fare — clause 16 — Penalties of the fare rules — come into effect.
