The refund period depends on the payment method you chose when purchasing a ticket on our website. 

If you paid for the ticket by card through the airline, the airline will also refund the money. According to the rules of most carriers, refunds are processed within 60 days, but usually, the funds arrive faster, within a month.

If you paid for the ticket through Kupibilet, funds are credited within 30 days after the refund is processed, but usually, 1-7 business days are sufficient. 

Please note that the crediting period depends on the processing speed of your bank.
