When Kupibilet does not charge refund fees
Kupibilet does not charge a service fee for processing ticket refunds in the following cases:
the priority support Maximum service is purchased in the order
the Kupibilet.Refund service is purchased in the order
in case of involuntary refund due to: flight cancellation or schedule change, in accordance with and on the grounds provided by the Carrier's rules; illness or death of the passenger (or a family member of the passenger); entry/exit ban, visa refusal, if confirmed by the Carrier as grounds for involuntary refund
