How are bonus points accrued?
Bonus points are credited to your Personal Account in the amount of 1% to 4.5%.
Points are accrued for payments in rubles:
for purchases made through the Kupibilet website — only for additional services,
through the app for Android, iOS and Huawei version 2.3 and higher — also from 1% of the ticket price. Important: the app language must be Russian.
Points for an order are accrued the day after departure.
The number of points depends on your status: the higher it is, the more points you will receive with each new purchase.
To become a “Travel Fan”, a “Travel Lover” must purchase tickets totaling 65,000 ₽. “Gurus” are users who have purchased tickets totaling 130,000 ₽.
Travel Lover — 1% of the ticket price
Travel Fan — 1.25% of the ticket price
Travel Guru — 1.5% of the ticket price
Points for additional services yield 3 times more points (3%, 3.75%, 4.5% respectively).
Accumulated points from purchases and additional services are summed up and stored in your Personal Account.
When using points to pay for an order, new points are not accrued.
Points are valid for 1 year from the date of an event in the bonus program (debit or accrual). If accrued points are not used or new ones are not earned through a purchase within 1 year, the points will automatically expire.
