500 points is the minimum you can spend per order for an amount of 1,500 rubles or more. The maximum is 2,000 points per order, provided its cost exceeds 3,000 rubles.

When paying, 1 point = 1 Russian ruble.

For example: Your order total is 5,000 rubles. If you have 2,000 points in your bonus account, you can spend them immediately and pay 3,000 rubles for the order.

If the order costs 1,499 rubles or less, you will not be able to spend points, because: 

• 1,000 rubles is the mandatory minimum you pay for the order

• 500 points is the minimum number of points you can spend per 1 order.

If an airline ticket is canceled, the bonus points accrued for its purchase are also canceled.

Points expire 1 year after they are accrued.

Bonus points are applicable to almost all orders, but there are exceptions for some airlines.

You need to specify the amount of bonus points to be debited at the last step of the checkout process, before payment. You can specify any amount, a multiple of 100, ranging from 500 to 2000, and depending on the accumulated amount of points indicated in the line Available bonuses.

You need to specify the number of points on the second page of the checkout process in the section Pay with points. This section is located between the payment method selection and the order details with the button Pay N₽. Just like on the website, in the app you can use an amount of no less than 500 and no more than 2000 points per order — depending on the accumulated amount of points.

— Why might point usage be unavailable?

The bonus program does not work for all airlines and not with all payment methods. For example, points may be unavailable if your order includes a Nordwind airline flight or if the payment method 'via airline' is selected.
