If you activated the Kupibilet Refund service when purchasing a ticket and then canceled your trip, we will return a portion of the ticket cost in the form of bonus points. Refund points are not cumulative with other points.

The points are valid for 1 year from the moment they are credited to the user's account.

These points can be used to pay for almost the entire cost of a new ticket — you only need to pay 100 rubles by card or another payment method.

Bonus points are applicable to almost all orders, but there may be exceptions: for some airlines, for example, if the order includes tickets from Nordwind airline or if the payment method «via airline» is selected.
