To delete your Account with all personal data from the Kupibilet app:

1. Log in to your Account if you are not currently authorized.

2. Go to the Chat tab at the bottom of the screen. Click Send message and follow the chatbot's instructions.

3. When a Customer Care specialist joins the conversation, state that you want to delete your Personal Account.

4. The specialist will send you a unique link in the chat to delete your Personal Account. Follow it to complete the deletion.

Your personal data previously saved in your Personal Account will be deleted: full name, passport numbers, phone and email, bank card details.
All information about your orders in our system will be encrypted and anonymized.

Important: If you have active orders in your account, the profile cannot be deleted. Please wait for all flights to depart and contact Customer Care using the instructions above.
