Important Flight Notifications is a service that instantly informs you about changes to your flight schedule. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, you will receive a notification. We will also send information about check-in counters and boarding gate numbers. This will help you adjust your plans in a timely manner.

How to purchase the service

Add 'Important Flight Notifications' to your order when booking your ticket.

How it works

  1. You need to add the service when booking your ticket and pay for the order.

  2. We will register your subscription for flight updates with the data provider.

  3. The first notification may arrive no earlier than 24 hours before the flight departure.

  4. Subsequent notifications are sent in real-time.

  5. SMS will be sent to the phone number provided during booking, and Push notifications – to the 'Kupibilet' app.

What changes we will notify you about

We will send an SMS if one of the following parameters changes:

  1. expected flight departure time

  2. arrival airport city

  3. boarding gate number at the departure airport.

We will send a Push notification if one of the following parameters changes:

  1. start or end time of flight check-in

  2. start or end time of flight boarding

  3. check-in counter numbers

  4. baggage carousel number at the arrival airport

  5. aircraft model number

Service terms and conditions

  • The service is activated automatically after purchase and includes SMS and push notifications.

  • To receive SMS, a mobile phone with an active SIM card is required.

  • For push notifications, the 'Kupibilet' mobile app must be installed with notifications enabled.

Service cancellation

If you have returned or exchanged your ticket, or the service was not provided for another reason, we will fully refund the money for it.

To cancel the service, write to us in the chat in the app or on the website from your Personal Account. The money will be returned to the card used to pay for the service.
