Kupibilet Refund: we'll return 90% of the ticket price β€” even if it's non-refundable

If you can't fly and the ticket is non-refundable β€” don't worry. By purchasing the "Kupibilet Refund" service, you can get 90% of the cost back.

Now you choose how exactly to get your money back:

  • with points β€” instantly after ticket cancellation;

  • with money β€” to a bank card, after the airline approves the refund (usually 20 to 60 days).

How "Kupibilet Refund" works

  1. Add the service when booking your ticket. The service is available on the second step of booking.

  2. Cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before departure. If your plans change β€” contact Customer Care. We will cancel the ticket and process the refund.

  3. Choose your refund method.

Kupibilet Refund methods

Option 1: with Kupibilet points

  • if the ticket is booked on a non-refundable fare β€” we will return 90% of the ticket price directly to your service account;

  • if the ticket is booked on a refundable fare β€” we will return 90% of the ticket price in a combination of money and points: the part of the cost paid by the airline will be returned as money, and the remaining part up to 90% of the ticket price will be returned as points to your service account

  • points can only be spent on tickets;

  • they are debited in full, minus 100 rubles, which must be paid with money.

Option 2: money to card

  • get 90% of the cost back in rubles;

  • money is returned after the airline approves the refund (usually 20 to 60 days).

Important to know

  • The service only works if canceled at least 48 hours before departure β€” meaning you cannot refund a ticket if you missed the flight specified on it. If the airline makes changes to your flight, the new departure time will be taken into account.

  • Kupibilet Refund does not apply to partially used tickets.

  • Applies only to tickets, not to additional services.

  • When returning a ticket due to force majeure reasons provided by the airline (flight cancellation, etc.) β€” compensation is only money from the airline.

  • The service fee is non-refundable (except for cancellations on the day of purchase).

  • The service does not apply to ticket exchanges.

  • The service is not valid if the operations of the airline, airports, etc., are severely disrupted and they are unable to fully provide transportation services (e.g., due to border closures).

  • When using the service, you do not pay a service fee for the refund.

  • When refunding a ticket under a "refundable" fare, you will receive as money the part of the cost paid by the airline, and 90% of the remaining amount in points or money.

  • Points accrued according to the service rules can be used within 1 year: learn more about usage rules. You can check your points balance in your personal account.

Service Cancellation

If you mistakenly added the refund service to your order, it can only be canceled on the day the order was placed.

To cancel the service, write to us in the chat in the app or on the website from your Personal Account.

The money for the service will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order.
