How to arrange the service

When booking on the website or in the app β€” on the second step of ticket purchase.

After purchase:

  1. In your personal account β€” on the completed order screen,

  2. In the email with your itinerary receipt, click the β€œCheck me in” button β€” we will clarify your preferences and check you in for the flight.

How it works

We will check you in for the flight within 24 hours before departure.

After this, an email will be sent:

  • either a confirmation from our Care Service,

  • or the boarding pass directly as an attachment.

How a seat is chosen

We choose a seat from those available with the airline at the time of check-in, taking into account your preferences:

  • window or aisle,

  • at the front or back of the cabin.

A small nuance: a specific seat cannot be guaranteed in advance β€” everything depends on the availability of seats with the airline.

What to do next

  • Print your boarding pass β€” you can save it electronically on your phone or print it at the airport at a self-check-in kiosk, but sometimes this is paid, so we recommend doing it in advance.

  • Take it with you to the airport along with your passport.

Important about timing

  • Usually, flight check-in closes 40 minutes before departure, but sometimes β€” 60 minutes (depends on the flight).

  • Boarding usually closes 20–25 minutes before departure.

If you have checked baggage

Drop it off at your flight's check-in counter or at a special baggage drop-off counter before check-in closes.

If you are flying with carry-on baggage only

You can proceed directly to security and boarding with your boarding pass and passport β€” without check-in lines.

Service cost

The current price is always indicated when arranging the service on the website and in the app.

For airlines Azimuth, Pobeda, Smartavia, Nordwind Airlines, Red Wings, NordStar, UTair, iFly, Yamal, as well as S7 (Basic fare), the cost of online check-in is calculated per flight segment.

When online check-in may be unavailable

Sometimes an airline may refuse online check-in, for example, due to technical failures, departure airport restrictions, or a code-share flight.

In this case:

  • we will refund the service fee to your card,

  • we will send you an email notification,

  • you will need to check in in the usual way at the airport.

Service cancellation

You can cancel the service only on the day of booking, as long as it has not yet been rendered, by writing to us in the Care Service chat on the website or in the app.

The money will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order.

The service is non-refundable if:

  • an email about successful online check-in has already been sent;

  • we have already paid for your seats.
