Priority Support: choose what you need

Everyone travels differently. Some prefer to do everything themselves, while others value having assistance readily available. That's why we offer three levels of support — you choose the one that suits you best.

Your support level determines:

  • how quickly you receive a response from the Care Service;

  • whether you receive an SMS if the flight schedule changes;

  • whether a service fee will apply if you decide to exchange or refund* your ticket.

Maximum Support

Approach: “Seize everything from life”. At this level, you are our priority.

Includes:

  • priority responses from the Care Service — you get answers faster than others;

  • no service fee for ticket exchange or refund*;

  • SMS about schedule changes if the flight is operated by an airline from the list below.

Important to know:

  • a cancellation fee applies (its amount is specified in the offer);

  • if a service or part of the tickets remains in the order, the cancellation service fee is not charged.

Standard Support

Approach: “I don't need much — only the best is enough.”

Includes:

  • requests to the Care Service are processed in a priority queue;

  • SMS about schedule changes for flights operated by airlines from the list below.

Please note:

  • service fees apply for ticket exchange, refund, or cancellation (their amount is specified in the offer).

Minimum Support

Approach: “Survival” 

Free basic option.

Includes:

  • responses from the Care Service — in general queue order;

  • service fees for ticket exchange, refund, or cancellation apply;

  • SMS notifications are not included.


* Please note: this option does not apply to non-refundable tickets.


How to disable the service?

Priority support is valid only for one order.

  • If you added priority support by mistake, you can cancel it on the day of booking, provided the service has not yet become active and has not been used by you.

  • To cancel, write to us in the chat in the app or on the website from your Personal Account.

  • The money will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for the order.

You can find the chat on the website in the bottom right corner of the screen, or, if the link doesn't open — via your Personal Account: select the order from the list of active orders, on the order page click “Write to support chat”.
In the app: select the “Chat” tab on the main screen of the app.
