When purchasing an airline ticket on Kupibilet, you can add a service that allows you to get back up to 90% of the ticket price in points — «Kupibilet.Refund». It will be beneficial for you if:

— the ticket is non-refundable according to the carrier's fare conditions or is refunded with a significant penalty;

— you travel more than once a year and can use the points credited to your Personal Account;

— the trip cancellation can occur in advance, more than 48 hours before the flight departure. 

The service is valid only if you contact the Care Service more than 48 hours before the first flight on the ticket, so do not add the service to your order if less than 48 hours remain until the flight.

We will refund you:

1) What is due to you according to the carrier's refund rules. The money will be returned to the card you used to pay for the ticket, within 1 to 30 days.

2) Points that compensate for the remaining part of the refund. They will be in your Personal Account, and you can spend them on your next ticket purchase.

Please note:

  • By purchasing the service, you are exempt from paying the service
    fee for the refund procedure.

  • The service will not protect you from losing the ticket cost if you potentially miss your flight, as it will no longer be active by that time.

  • This service is useful for refunds but does not apply to or cover additional expenses when exchanging a ticket. A ticket can only be exchanged in accordance with the fare rules.

  • Points accrued under the service rules can be used under the general terms of the bonus program for 1 year: learn more about the bonus program. You can check your points balance in your personal account.

  • The cost of the service is non-refundable, except in cases of canceling an erroneously selected service on the day of booking.

  • The service applies only to tickets. It is not possible to refund the cost of additional services using it.

  • If the reason for using the service falls under the conditions of an involuntary refund (e.g., flight cancellation due to the carrier's fault), the refund will only be for the amount compensated by the carrier. In this case, the refund is made only in money to the user's bank card — a refund in bonus points is not available.

  • Refunds for the service in the form of bonus points are not provided, if the operations of the airline, airports, etc., are severely disrupted and they are unable to fully provide transportation services (e.g., due to border closures)

Service Cancellation

If you mistakenly added the refund service to your order, it can only be canceled on the day of booking.

To cancel the service, write to us in the chat in the app or on the website from your Personal Account.

The money for the service will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order.
