An error occurs at the beginning of order creation
Reasons why order placement may be interrupted at the initial stage (before entering bank card details and proceeding to payment):
• Tickets for the selected fare on the desired flight might have just run out. In such a situation, a notification appears on the screen: «No seats available at this fare». Please perform a new search for your date to see the current fare for this flight or choose another suitable flight.
• With a weak internet signal or connection loss, the order page may be reset. If you have already entered the main passenger data and the data was saved, you can return to the order through your Personal Account. If the order placement was interrupted at the very beginning, please perform a new flight search.

• We would be grateful for reports of errors for which instructions are not yet available here. If you encounter a system failure or any situation that requires the attention of our developers, please save a screenshot or screen recording and write to us in the chat. Our specialists will tell you how to place an order without obstacles, and you will help us make our service better.
