Notification 'Unfortunately, the service is not paid' appeared
Kupibilet offers two ways to pay for tickets by bank card: via Kupibilet and via the airline.
The error 'Unfortunately, the service is not paid' occurs if you selected our standard payment method 'card via Kupibilet', but the payment was not accepted.
If you selected the 'card via airline' payment method, these instructions may not be suitable for you. Please refer to the article about the notification 'Ticket payment error'.
What to do to pay for the order?
Click 'Enter data again' and check if the card details are entered correctly: number, expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2/CVP2). If you entered the card details manually and did not select a saved card that you previously used for payment, try entering them again.
Check your card balance, even if you are sure you know it. After clicking 'Enter data again', the order payment page will open, and you can compare the payment amount with your card balance. If everything is in order, try paying again.
Sometimes the rejection is due to card restrictions or temporary issues at the card-issuing bank. If the balance and card details are correct, contact your bank's support service for clarification.
At this stage, you cannot add or remove additional Kupibilet services; the order composition is saved at the moment of the first payment attempt. If you need to change the order composition, we recommend creating a new one, and the unpaid order will be automatically canceled after some time.
If, at this stage, additional services in your order have already been paid for, but the ticket has not, the order amount will be recalculated during a repeated payment attempt, taking into account the payment already made for the services.
If you have paid for an additional service and changed your mind about using it, submit a request on the order page on the day of booking.
