Received 'Ticket payment error' notification
Kupibilet offers two ways to pay for tickets by card: via Kupibilet and via the airline.
The 'Ticket payment error' notification appears if you selected the 'pay by card via airline' method, but the airline did not accept the payment.
If you selected the 'pay by card via Kupibilet' method, these instructions may not be suitable for you. Please refer to the article about the notification 'Unfortunately, the service has not been paid for'.
What to pay attention to:
Make sure you are using a VISA (Classic and above) or Mastercard (Standard and above) card. Visa Electron, Maestro, and МИР cards are not suitable for this payment method, so if you have one of these, click 'Pay via Kupibilet'; our payment system accepts all cards.
How the three payment methods differ
Check your card balance, even if you are sure you remember it. Click 'Pay with another card' in the error window to return to the order details page and verify the card balance and the amount due. If everything is correct, you can try paying with the same card again.
Check for errors in the card number, expiration date, or the three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2). If you entered the card details manually instead of selecting a saved card you previously used for payment, try entering them again.
At this stage, you cannot add or remove additional Kupibilet services; the order composition is saved at the time of the first payment attempt. If you need to change the order composition, we recommend creating a new one, and the unpaid order will be automatically canceled after some time.
If additional services in your order have already been paid for at this step, but the ticket has not, the order amount will be recalculated during a repeated payment attempt, taking into account the payment already made for the services.
If you have paid for an additional service and changed your mind about using it, submit a request on the order page on the day of booking.
