Ticket Issuance Error Notification
This error means that the ticket was not fully processed and sent to you automatically.
However, the order payment has often already been completed.
Please, if you see such a message — do not create a new order!
Check your bank card transaction history and wait for an email from our specialist.
You can also write to us in the chat. If the order number is not displayed on the screen, you can find it in your Personal Account or tell us the phone number you provided during checkout. We will find your order and inform you of further actions.
You can find the chat on the website in the lower right corner of the screen, or, if the link does not open — via Personal Account: select an order from the list of active orders, on the order page click «Write to Support Chat».
In the app: select the «Chat» tab on the main screen of the app.
