In this article, we explain how our service fee for train tickets is calculated.

As a rule, the service fee for train tickets is 3.5% of the order amount. However:

– minimum service fee — 200 rubles. If 3.5% of your order is less than 200 rubles, we will round the value up to this amount;

– maximum service fee — 500 rubles. If 3.5% of your order is more than 500 rubles, we will round the value down to this amount;

– if 3.5% of your order is somewhere in the middle, for example, 300 rubles, the service fee will remain 300 rubles. 

When we do not charge a service fee for train tickets:

— if you purchased the Kupibilet.Return service;

— if you purchased Priority Support with the Maximum package;

— if the passenger is a child without a separate seat.
