You can pay for a train ticket on the Kupibilet website and mobile app using a bank card. You have 15 minutes to pay for your order β€” if you don't manage to pay, the booking will be canceled.

When paying, you enter your bank card details: cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVV2 or CVC2 code. This procedure is secure, as we encrypt traffic.

According to the requirements of international payment systems, we use 3D Secure technology for payments. Because of this, your bank may require you to undergo additional identification and send you a verification code via SMS.

If you are trying to pay for an order with a foreign card, the payment system may decline the payment, as the bank may not have a certificate for 3D Secure technology. If this happens, please contact your bank's support service.

If you are trying to pay for an order with Visa Electron and Maestro cards, first check if your card has a CVV2 or CVC2 code, which is located on the back of the card. If there is no code, you will not be able to pay for the order. If the card payment failed, first contact your bank for clarification.

If you have any disputed questions regarding payment or debiting funds when paying for e-tickets, please contact our Customer Care Service, as well as your bank.
