Electronic registration for a train — is the processing and purchase of a ticket online with its advantages (seat selection, no need to buy a ticket at the ticket office). Confirmation of registration is a PDF ticket containing a 2D code for boarding on the right side of the page. The document is sent to your email after payment.

Electronic registration is carried out automatically upon payment for an e-ticket if this service is available on the given train.

Cancellation of electronic registration is possible no later than one hour before the train's departure. To do this, you need to log in to your Kupibilet Personal Account and write to our Customer Care chat. You can also contact an RZD ticket office and get a paper ticket.

Attention! If electronic registration is available, check-in at ticket offices and self-service terminals is not performed less than 1 hour before the train's departure for the following destinations:

• Russia — Republic of Belarus;

• Russia — Kazakhstan;

• Russia — Kyrgyzstan; 

• Russia — Tajikistan;

• Russia — Uzbekistan. 

Attention! If you have completed electronic registration and wish to return your e-ticket for trains operating on the Russia — Finland route, No. 306 Irkutsk — Ulaanbaatar less than 1 hour before the train's departure from the initial station and more than 6 hours before the train's departure from the boarding station, refunds for unused e-tickets are processed through a claims procedure.
