If you purchased a ticket without e-registration, you can get it:

— at an RZD ticket office in Russia — you can pick up both the entire order and individual tickets from it;

— at a self-service terminal in Russia — you can only pick up the entire order.

The ticket can be picked up by any passenger from the order or an authorized person with a power of attorney issued in their name.

To pick up a ticket at an RZD ticket office, be ready to present:

— passport or another document used to issue the ticket;

— order or ticket number;

— power of attorney or its copy, which must be given to the cashier (if the ticket is not picked up by a passenger from the order).

To pick up a ticket at a self-service terminal, you will need:

— passport number of one of the passengers in the order;

— order number.
