Oversized Luggage
In addition to the established allowance, a passenger may carry hand luggage weighing up to 50 kg per ticket, purchased additionally at the full adult fare.
What items can be carried:
Disassembled and non-disassembled kayaks, canoes, catamarans, rafts, as well as similar equipment, with payment at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg.
Bicycles, scooters, electric bicycles, segways, unicycles, and other personal mobility devices (both assembled and disassembled, both packaged and unpackaged) with payment at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg.
Hunting and sports weapons, transported unloaded, separate from ammunition, in holsters or special cases, as well as in the manufacturer's special packaging, with payment for each weapon unit at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg (documents for the right to transport weapons are required).
Hockey sticks, tourist tents and other sports and tourist equipment, except for those listed above, sports uniforms and gear, free of charge. Snowboards and skis are transported free of charge in all carriages (except for hard-seat carriages and carriages in motor-car rolling stock with seats) of long-distance trains, no more than one pair of skis (snowboard).
Musical instruments — free of charge.
Children's and wheelchairs, disassembled and packaged, with payment at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg. Passengers with children and disabled persons with limited mobility are allowed to carry, free of charge, a child's stroller and a wheelchair, respectively, as well as other technical rehabilitation aids necessary for their movement.
Sports poles in compartment and SV carriages with payment at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg.
If the sum of three dimensions exceeds 180 cm for hand luggage not listed above, the passenger must pay for its carriage with them or check it as luggage. The carriage of these items is carried out:
With them – provided that all passengers' hand luggage is placed in the hand luggage areas or with the passengers carrying them in such a way as not to obstruct other passengers. For each oversized piece of such hand luggage, a fee is charged at the rate for luggage weighing 30 kg.
As luggage – under special conditions as oversized luggage. The weight of one piece of oversized luggage must not exceed 75 kg. Oversized luggage must pass freely and be fully placed in the specialized luggage compartment without damaging the passenger carriage.
In case of excess hand luggage weight:
Up to 14 kg above the established norm of 36 kg, provided that the excess hand luggage is placed in the hand luggage areas or with the passenger carrying it in such a way as not to obstruct other passengers and the placement of their hand luggage, the passenger must pay for the carriage of excess hand luggage at the rate for luggage weighing 10 kg, regardless of the actual weight of the excess hand luggage.
Over 14 kg above the established norm of 36 kg, the passenger must:
Check the excess hand luggage, no more than 3 pieces, with the weight of each piece not exceeding 75 kg, and 3 pieces not exceeding 200 kg, with payment for the carriage of excess hand luggage according to the established tariff.
Purchase an additional travel document (ticket) at full price for the carriage of additional hand luggage weighing up to 50 kg, in addition to the established allowance. When paying for additional seats at full price, the hand luggage allowance is calculated based on the number of issued travel documents (tickets).
