I missed check-in. What should I do?
If you arrived at the airport after check-in closed, first contact the ticket offices of the airline operating the flight. Most carriers prohibit exchange or refund in case of no-show, but in some cases, it is possible.
Also, with most airlines, the ticket cost cannot be refunded after departure. You can find out this information about your ticket from our operators. If some amount can still be refunded for the ticket (sometimes it's taxes), you can do so by submitting a request to our Care Service on the order page.
In most cases, if you miss your flight, you lose your ticket, and you will most likely have to buy a new one.
Please note: if a passenger does not use the "outbound" flight on a single "round-trip" ticket, the seats on the return flight are automatically canceled by the airline's system. Some airlines have exceptions โ these are described in the article "Retaining subsequent flights if you miss your flight".
