Passenger Tips

We strongly recommend arriving at the station in advance, at least 40–60 minutes before your train's departure. This time is necessary to pass through mandatory security control and document checks, where queues may occur.

International visitors must have their international passport with them, as it is required to enter the station and board (tickets are named). Remember that access to the platform closes 5 minutes before the train departs. If you have a long wait ahead, bring warm clothing, as the air conditioning in the halls may operate at full capacity.
