The climate of Avadi, located in the state of Tamil Nadu, is of the tropical monsoon type. The weather here is typical for the coastal regions of southern India: consistently high temperatures combined with a distinct succession of dry and wet periods. For a trip to Avadi at any time of year, lightweight clothing made from natural fabrics should be the core of your wardrobe. Cotton and linen are ideal choices to help cope with the high humidity.
