Can I fly with a ticket bought with an old passport without reissuing?
โ The new passport has a page with old passport data. Will this be enough to fly with a ticket that indicates the old document number?
No. To make a flight, the data in the ticket must match the passport you present at the airport, and the passport must be valid on the date of travel.
Even if the old passport data is indicated on a special page at the end of the new document, you cannot check in or board the flight using it.
Therefore, if your ticket was issued with an old passport, after receiving a new passport, you need to contact us to correct the data in the ticket.
If you have already received a new passport, send a request to our chat or on the order page and attach a scan/photo of the new document.
