You can cancel your ticket on the day of purchase without an airline penalty. To do this, send a request before 22:00 Moscow time on the order page, select: «Request refund». Our service fee for such a procedure is 10% if you purchased the ticket directly on our website, or 16.9% if you purchased the ticket by navigating from a third-party service.
