How to allow access to camera and gallery
To learn how to grant access to the camera and gallery on your device, select its type:
Android smartphones
open «Settings»
go to the «Apps» section
select the Kupibilet app
in the app settings, find the «Permissions» section
under «Camera» and «Photos and videos» (or «Files and media»), select «Allow» or «Allow only while using the app»
iOS smartphones
open the «Settings» app
go to the «Privacy» section (or «Privacy & Security»)
select «Camera» or «Photos» in the «Hardware Access» section
find the Kupibilet app and toggle the switch to «on»
If you need to grant access to a website, not the Kupibilet app, here's how to do it in popular browsers:
Chrome on Android
open Chrome on your Android device
to the right of the address bar, tap the three-dot icon and in the opened menu, find the «Settings» section
select «Site settings», then — «Camera»
allow camera access
if the Kupibilet website is in the blocked list, tap on the site then — «Allow»
Chrome/Safari on iOS
open the «Settings» app on your iPhone
select «Privacy & Security»
tap on «Camera» and make sure the switch is enabled for the browser you are using (e.g., Safari or Chrome).
then select «Photos» and make sure the browser has access to your photos
