How to allow microphone access for voice control
To learn how to grant microphone access on your device, select its type:
Android smartphones
open «Device Settings»
go to the «Apps» section, then select your browser
tap «Permissions» and then «Microphone»
make sure access is allowed
iOS smartphones
go to «Settings»
select «Privacy & Security»
then «Microphone», and enable the toggle for your desired browser
Mac OS computers
go to «System Settings»
select the «Security & Privacy» section
in the «Privacy» section, select «Microphone»
check the boxes next to the browser you are using
Windows computers
click the «Start» button and select the «Settings» icon
go to the «Privacy» section
in the «App permissions» section, select «Microphone»
make sure the «Allow apps to access your microphone» toggle is enabled
check if microphone access is allowed for Chrome or the browser you are using
If you have already done all this, but access has not appeared, you may have previously blocked microphone access directly in the browser. How to check and fix this:
in Google Chrome:
open and select «Settings»
in the left menu, select «Privacy and security»
then — «Site Settings»
scroll down to the «Permissions» section and select «Microphone»
you will see a list of sites that have allowed or blocked microphone access. If Kupibilet is in the blocked list, click the flag icon to its right and in the menu that appears, in the «Microphone» section, change the status from «Block» to «Allow».
in Safari:
in the Safari menu, click «Safari»
select «Preferences» or «Settings» > «Websites»
in the opened menu, find the «Microphone» tab
find the Kupibilet website in the list and select the «Allow» option.
