The refundability of a ticket is indicated in the itinerary receipt β€” this is the second page of the document you received by email after paying for your order.

Depending on the airline, the itinerary receipt received from Kupibilet looks different. Look at these examples to find and understand the refund rules in your receipt.

The inscription Refund unavailable or nonref (non-refundable) means that this ticket is not eligible for voluntary refund. Involuntary refund can be requested in any case.

The mark Refund with fee means that the ticket can be refunded with an airline penalty, usually before the end of check-in for the flight. After a no-show, most tickets are non-refundable.

Non-refundable with noshow β€” the ticket is non-refundable in case of a no-show (if no other conditions are specified, a refund is allowed before flight departure, possibly with a penalty).

Refund without the prefix β€œnon” means that the ticket is refundable (possibly with a penalty), usually this condition is valid until the end of check-in for the flight (more than 40-60 minutes before departure).

Refund allowed β€” this ticket is also refundable until the end of check-in for the flight. No airline penalty is charged for this fare.

Refund with restrictions β€” allowed with an airline penalty and, as a rule, also only until the end of check-in for the flight.

Non-refundable fares of popular Russian airlines

The fare name is also indicated in the itinerary receipt and in the fare rules, which are available in the order details in your Personal Account.

In addition to the non-refundable fare, refundable taxes may be included in the ticket price. To get an accurate calculation for your ticket, request a refund from the order page in your Personal Account.
