I am carrying excess baggage, do I need to notify the airline?
If your baggage exceeds the established norms, a fee will be charged for its transportation. It is advisable to notify the airline in advance about overweight baggage, as well as whether the baggage is fragile or oversized. To do this, write to the online chat with our Customer Care Service via your Personal Account on the website or in the Kupibilet app. We respond immediately.
Please note that an airline's refusal to transport excess baggage is not a reason for a refund of the issued air ticket. Payment for excess baggage is made at the airport ticket office upon weighing at the check-in counter. Baggage weighing more than 100 kg is transported through the cargo departments of airlines; in this case, before purchasing a ticket, you should contact the relevant services of the operating airline.
