After you submit a request for an exchange or refund, you will receive an automatic notification via email confirming that the request has been received. Subsequently, before your departure date, you will receive an email with information about the service. 

Ticket Exchange

The email will contain information about the new itinerary and the amount due for additional payment. We recommend paying for the exchange as early as possible, as seats at the provided fare may become unavailable.

After payment, a new ticket will be sent to your email address. 

Ticket Refund

The email will contain the amount to be withheld and the amount to be refunded. You may also be required to confirm your consent for the refund process.

Typically, after the refund process, the amount is credited to your card within 2-10 days, but the crediting period depends on your bank and can be extended up to 30 days.
