Incorrect passenger document number
If all other data is correct, the passenger's passport number (birth certificate, ID card, etc.) can be fully changed in most airline tickets.
β For tickets with foreign carriers (Turkish Airlines, Air Astana, and many others), in most cases, this data can be corrected free of charge β provided there are no errors in the passenger's full name. Submit a request on the order page β and we will help you with the correction. Please attach a scan or photo of the passport spread to your request.
β For most Russian airlines, corrections are paid. We will calculate the exact cost upon request on the order page: to do this, select Other actions > Data correction in order. Please attach a scan or photo of the passport spread with the correct data to your request.
Cost of correcting a passenger's document number in popular airline tickets (including service fee):
Aeroflot β from 600 β½
