Only part of the order amount has been paid, what to do?
In certain cases, order payment is made in two transactions: the cost of tickets and Kupibilet services separately.
If you selected the payment method “by card via the airline”, and the order includes additional services or a ticket processing fee, they will be paid through the Kupibilet payment system as a separate transaction.
What to do to pay for the entire order if only the cost of services has been debited from your card?
✔ Make sure that your bank card type is suitable for the “by card via the airline” ticket payment method: it must be VISA (Classic and higher) or Mastercard. If you are paying for the order with a Maestro, VISA Electron, or МИР card, only the “by card via Kupibilet” payment method will be suitable for you. On a second attempt, select the appropriate payment method. The order amount will be recalculated taking into account the services already paid for.
