Received two conflicting messages about flight change
— One message says the ticket needs to be reissued, and another says it doesn't. So what should I do with the ticket?

Every action in the airline's system triggers an automatic notification to the passenger. Sometimes a flight change in a booking requires several sequential actions, one of which the system interprets as a change in departure time, which by itself does not require ticket reissuance. However, since the result of these actions is a complete replacement of your original flight with another, the ticket must be reissued so that you have an itinerary receipt with the correct flight number.
The proposed flight does not suit me
